Overview
The AI Call Summary feature automatically generates concise, intelligent summaries for your Blitzz sessions — helping your team quickly capture key details and outcomes without manual note-taking.
If you don’t see this feature enabled in your account, please contact your Blitzz Account Representative or email us at support@blitzz.co to get access.
Enabling AI Call Summary
Once the feature has been activated for your domain, admins will need to turn it on for each Collaboration Profile where summaries should be generated.
Steps
Go to the Admin Panel in your Blitzz account.
Open the Collaboration Profiles section.
Select the profile where you’d like to enable AI Call Summary.
Toggle AI Call Summary to ON.
Save your changes.
Once enabled, Blitzz will automatically generate summaries for all future sessions under that Collaboration profile.
Integration with Word Report
If your account has the Word Report feature enabled, the AI Call Summary will automatically appear at the top of the Word Report, providing a clear and easy-to-read overview of the session.
Notes
The AI Call Summary feature is currently in Public Beta. While it’s stable for use, minor improvements to formatting and visibility may be introduced over time.
