Survey Monkey Redirection

Redirecting your users to Survey monkey allows you to collect the 9 digit code, reference, and role of the respondent.

You will need to have an account with Survey Monkey to set this up. If you don't have one, we may be able to help - just ask us! :)

Creating your survey

1. Enable Call End Redirection feature from Blitzz Admin Portal
2. Log in to your Survey Monkey account, and create a survey with variables.
3. In the Design Section, set custom variables under "logic" 
   1. mid - thins is the 9-digit meeting code (ID)
   2. mref - this is the Session Reference (String)
   3. role - this is the role of the respondent (Agent / Guest)

Publishing your survey

1. To publish a survey, create a web link.
2. Copy the Survey ID from the URL and paste that in your Blitzz Portal.
3. Use the Preview Survey feature to see what that looks like.
