Steps To upload a logo:
- Login to the admin portal and go to Settings
- Click Branding > Brand Images
- Upload your Company Logo and Favicon here and click Save
Your logo will appear on 3 pages:
- Agent Portal: Top-left corner for your agents.
- Agent Portal: During a call before the video starts for your Agents
- Guest Portal: During a call before the video starts for Guest Users on their phone, tablet or computer.
Recommendations
- We recommend using a square logo with white background.
- Do not use images with a transparent background. They will be converted to Black Background.
- Try to use a high-resolution PNG image to avoid pixelation. (Recommended 500 x 500)
- GIFs are not supported
- Maximum file size: 80KB

If you have a rectangle logo, we recommend adding a white canvas (1650 x 600) around the logo. Here is an example:
