How to Fix Unclear Audio on a Blitzz Call

Blitzz is built to work well on many network conditions with low bandwidth. Background noise and audio interference can still make a call hard to hear. These tips help.

How to improve audio quality

  1. Use headphones or earbuds. If you hear an echo, the other participant's speakers are too loud and causing feedback.
  2. Move somewhere quieter so others can hear your voice clearly.
  3. Close other apps using your microphone. Several apps using one mic can cause interference.
  4. Turn on Do Not Disturb before the call so an incoming phone call doesn't interrupt the session.
  5. Avoid wireless (Bluetooth) headsets. If others complain about your audio, try a USB or inline mic instead.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my audio sound bad to others?

Common causes are background noise, a Bluetooth headset, or another app using your mic. Try wired headphones in a quiet room.
