This article describes the data points that Blitzz captures when a customer (guest) connects to a remote session.
Some details are collected only when the guest joins using the Blitzz Mobile App; these are marked accordingly. Example values are provided for clarity.
1. Location Information
- User Location – Captured only if the guest explicitly grants permission and if the Guest Location setting is enabled in the Blitzz Collaboration Profile. 
2. Device Information
Blitzz automatically collects basic device and browser details to optimize video performance and troubleshooting.

3. Purpose of Data Collection
This information helps ensure optimal session performance, video quality, and connection stability.
It also enables agents to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and deliver better support experiences.
4. Privacy and Permissions
Blitzz only captures the information listed above when required for the session and in accordance with the user’s device permissions and privacy settings.
Data is processed securely and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
