The number of thumbnails may not match the number of downloadable images if you disconnect from a live call and reconnect to the same session (with the same 9-digit Session Code).
Why the numbers differ
- The thumbnail count is for the current live call only. It counts images taken since you last joined, not every call in the session.
- The count includes location snapshots. If enabled, the Google Map snapshot is counted as an image.
Where to see the full count
Open the call details. The full number of images appears in the Action list.

No. The thumbnail gallery restarts its count on reconnect. All images are listed in the call details.
