Yes, but plug it in before you open your browser.
If you connect a USB headset after the browser is open, the browser may not detect it and may not route call audio correctly. Bluetooth devices can have the same problem.
Our recommendation
- Use a headset with a regular audio jack when possible.
- Noise-canceling microphones work very well.
- If you use USB or Bluetooth, connect it first, then open the browser and join the call.
