Why edit a reference field?
Editing the reference field for a session involves modifying the key identifier or metadata associated with a specific session. Admins can change this setting to allow users to edit the reference field after a session is created or closed.
Steps to enable this setting:
1. Login as an Admin
2. Navigate to Admin portal > Advanced Features
3. Toggle the switch next to "Allow editing the reference field" to enable or disable this setting.
