Sometimes you may not see the updated Collaboration Profiles list in Salesforce immediately. Follow the steps below to force a Collaboration Profiles list refresh.
- Login as Salesforce Admin
- Search for Blitzz Settings
- In the Blitzz Configuration tab, click "Update User token for Blitzz Users"
