Users with Admin Role on Enterprise Plans!
To automatically log out idle users from Blitzz, you can enable the Session Timeout setting from your Admin Portal. Here you can select the amount of time in minutes after which the session of an inactive user expires and they will be required to log in again.
To configure the session timeout:
- In your Blitzz account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Security and Privacy.
- In the Idle User Session Timeout section, enter the duration in minutes and click Save.
Admin can set the logout time between 15 minutes to 129600 minutes (90 days).
