Surveys can be defined for each Call Experience or you can create a template to use with multiple Call Experiences. Call End Page has multiple types; Standard Survey, Survey Monkey, and Call End Page. They are set up under the Personalize Call End Page and assigned as a Call Experience Setting. Remember you can do a survey by Guest (customer) and/or Agent (host). They can complete the same survey or you can use a different survey for the Guest or Agent.


Call end page options

1. Standard Survey

The Standard Survey type displays a Thumbs Up or Down with an optional free text entry area. The purpose is simply to rate your overall Blitzz experience. This is an example of what your customer would see:

2. Survey Monkey URL

This is a customizable online survey tool. This allows you to capture and analyze the voice of your customers. We have done the integration work for you and will help you set up your results tied to each Agent and their individual Blitzz Sessions. If you do not have an account contact us. 3. Custom End Page

The Custom End Page option allows you to redirect the end of the Blitzz Session to your own online Survey tool of choice or your own website. You decide where to go when the session ends usually with a URL.


Personalize your Call End Page

Create the Call End Page Template

To create a Call End Page go to Settings, select Personalize Call End Page and then click on Add.

Enter End Page Name and optional Descriptions. Then press the toggle switch for the Guest and Agent to enter Survey/Call End Page options.

Remember this is Survey of Blitzz and provides a Thumbs Up/Down choice with an optional freeform entry.

End Page Option 2 - Survey Monkey

Remember this is Survey of Blitzz and provides a Thumbs Up/Down choice with an optional freeform entry.

End Page Option 3 - Custom End Page

Remember this is Survey of Blitzz and provides a Thumbs Up/Down choice with an optional freeform entry.

After entering your information for the Host and Guest End Pages make sure to click Save to create your template.


Call Experience - Call End Page Setting

Configure Call End Page

After creating your Call End Page Template, you need to configure the Call End Page Call Experience Setting. From the Admin Settings select Call Experience and select the Call Experience you want to use the Call End Page redirect. Scroll to the bottom of the Call Experience ShowMe Configuration.

Make sure to scroll through the list of available Call End Page templates to find the one you want use. After selecting the template make sure to Save the Call Experience Setting change.
