If you can't log in, it's either because you aren't using the correct password or your email is incorrect.


Reset password

  • If you are sure your email/LoginID is correct, you can reset your password by clicking on Forgot Password?
  • We'll send a password reset link to the email. (no email?)
  • Once logged in, you can change your password in account settings.

Password reset email didn't come


If you didn't receive a password reset email, it's usually due to one of these reasons:

  • The reset email is in your SPAM folder, check there.
  • You signed up with a different email or the email you signed up with had a typo (it happens more than you think).
  • Your domain may have SSO configured. Check with your IT team if so.
  • Your URL is incorrect. Ensure you are on the right subdomain https://{your-company-subdomain}.blitzz.co/login
