Send Invites From Your Domain with Custom Email Sender

Want to keep things looking sharp and on-brand? With Blitzz, Enterprise customers can send video session invites from your own domain name instead of ours. Yep — no more generic senders. Your guests will see your name in their inbox, not ours. 

How to Set It Up

Setting this up is a breeze. Here’s how:

  1. Head over to Global Settings.
  2. Click into Branding → Email Configuration.
  3. Follow the steps to plug in your domain and verify it.

Important: Don’t skip the domain verification part — it’s key to making sure your emails actually land in inboxes and not spam folders.

What Emails Use This Feature?

This custom email sender will be used only for guest invites to join a Blitzz video session. So when you’re bringing someone into a call, the invite will come from your domain.

Note: Emails like agent invites, password resets, or other Blitzz system messages will still come from us. That way, we keep things secure and running smoothly.
