If you would like to enable a survey, or a different call end page for your guest users, and not for the host (agents), try this workaround:
Enable the Call End Page feature from settings
Click Custom Link
Enter your guest survey link you would like your guest users to be redirected to
Then select the checkbox "Use different link for Agent"
Currently, we do not offer the option to enable a survey only for guests and not for agents. This is a feature request and will be available at some point in the future.
