Some customers wonder why under low bandwidth conditions, Web RTC video calls are sometimes tricky. This can be because of multiple reasons namely:
- The browser does not get dedicated resources compared to native apps.
- Brower performance depends on how many tabs are open.
- There is some device to device dependability due to HW differences and performance.
Another trick that our customers like to use with spotty internet, use the audio on a PSTN call while doing the video on Blitzz thereby at least keeping the audio conversation going strong since PSTN is not internet bandwidth dependent.
