Real-Time communication is very sensitive to the quality of your network. Adding a VPN is never recommended as it adds overhead and delays. With that said, if you have a VPN connection established the Blitzz service can work as long as you have access to the Internet and that the bandwidth and latency remain within acceptable ranges.
