What to know
- By default, session data such as images, recordings and chat messages is stored on Blitzz servers for 7 years from the date of capture. If you need this data kept in Canada, you can use your own AWS or Azure storage in a Canadian region and control how long it is kept.
- Blitzz video calls are an encrypted connection between participants, and data is exchanged through HIPAA and SOC2 certified servers.
- Blitzz meets GDPR requirements.
