There are times when you need to invite another member of your team to a Blitzz Session, maybe an expert or Level 2 technician and these people are already Blitzz users. Well, there is an easy way to invite them.
On your Session History screen look at the bottom left where you see Start Session and you will notice an up arrow. Click on it and it will display Invite Contact.
This will take you to a listing of Blitzz users in your domain and you will be able to click on invite to the right of their information to select them. Finish the rest of the Invite process to start your Blitzz Session.
