Call Experience Admins and Department Admins

  • Any user (data analyst/billing/etc) can be assigned as a Call Experience Admin or Department Admin if they are a member of that Call Experience or Department. This allows them to view that call experience and make changes, including adding and removing users to and from that call experience/Department.
  • Group-Specific Admins cannot modify other Groups (Call Experience or Departments) unless they made Admins to that Group.
  • Any user with Super Admin and Admin roles can manage all Call Experiences and Departments.
  • You can add more than one Admin for Group (Department or Call Experience)

Steps:

  • Department Admin:
    1. To make any user of a Department an Admin, Navigate to Settings > Departments
    2. Select a Department you would like to configure
    3. In the Members tab, click the drop-down arrow under Group Role and set them as Group Admin.
  • Call Experience Admin:
    1. To make any user of a Call Experience an Admin, Navigate to Settings > Call Experience
    2. Select the Call Experience Department you would like to configure
    3. In the Members tab, click the drop-down arrow under Group Role and set them as Group Admin.
