[Safari Browser] Allow Access to Camera in Safari (Mobile/Tablet)

When you join a Blitzz call and click start video, you will be prompted to enable your camera and mic for use during a call. Please be sure to select Allow.


If you accidentally declined camera permissions, you will need to go through a few steps to re-enable a blocked camera or mic.


How to re-enable a blocked Camera or Mic

Step 1: Tap the lock icon in the top left corner or address bar


Step 2. Ensure your camera & mic are set to Allow



Step 3. Select Done, and refresh the tab before trying to enable the camera again.


If you are still running into camera issue, you may need to check your application settings:

Step 1: Go to Settings on your device


Step 2: Scroll down and open the Safari tab.


Step 3: Ensure your camera & mic are set to Allow.
