There are three scheduling solutions we recommend:
You can choose to include the link to join a session ahead of time, or at the time of the meeting.
Option 1: Sending a link ahead of time:
The session links expire 30 minutes after they are created by default if they are inactive. If you would like to change the auto-expire setting, please contact your contact within our implementation team.
Option 2: Sending a link at the time of the meeting:
We have seen this to work best with most customers as there are no surprises while waiting for the guest user to join the call. At the time of the call, the host can create a new link and send it in an SMS from Blitzz.

Advanced
You can also use our REST API or the Zapier Connector to connect Blitzz with your Calendar software to automatically create a link at the time of the meeting or while creating an event or 15 minutes before the call starts for example using integrations like Calendly + Zapier.
