Use these tests to diagnose your call quality. These tests may take a few minutes to run.

Firewall Test

Run the following tests to thoroughly test your network for any blocked ports:

Speed Test

Use this to determine your connection speed. Both you and your participant need at least 500kb/s download and upload speeds to have a good call:

Network Stability Tests

Use this to determine the stability of your network. If you get "Network Appears Unstable", then your router or internet service provider is most likely the cause of your quality issues.
